HOW TO APPLY
To register your performing ensemble(s) for the festival of your choice, please
complete our

both sides of the Application Form found on page 11 of our printed brochure, and forward
it with the non-refundable Application Fee of $75.00 to:

Note:
We request that one Director from each of your participating departments (BAND,
CHORAL, ORCHESTRA) complete an Application Form and mail it to us with the
application fee. Each Director will receive a free package (double occupancy), a
Director's Manual, and other communications.
N.A.M.F. reserves the right to limit the number of concert adjudications (non-marching)
from any school.
After you apply:
Upon receipt of your Application Form and non-refundable fee(s), the official N.A.M.F.
Director’s Manual will be forwarded to you. This special manual contains a
comprehensive listing of all information concerning the festival for which you have
registered. N.A.M.F. must then receive your initial deposit ($50.00 per person),
and your signed contract to complete registration of your group.
Deadline:
Performing ensembles will be accepted until December 1, 2011 or sooner! HOWEVER, many groups
apply as early as September, to ensure availability with performance times, hotel rooms, buses, meal reservations and admission to desired attractions.
WE SUGGEST YOU APPLY BY
December 1, 2011, or sooner!
Again, we will accept applications until March 1, 2012 if there are performance times available.
