  How to Apply for Participation:
If you have reviewed our information and are ready to apply, please complete our ONLINE APPLICATION, or the Application Form found just inside the back cover of our printed brochure, and send it to us with a $75.00 check to cover your application fee. (Be sure to sign and date the application, and have your principal sign it as well.) Within a week we will send you a complete customized Director's Manual which includes many details, including your financial estimate.

Hotels:
Our staff personally visits each hotel and restaurant to assure that all facilities meet the high standards of N.A.M.F.. Only those hotels offering clean, pleasant rooms are booked for festival participants. With rare exception, a hotel must be awarded a rating of “First Class” by the Official Hotel Guide to be utilized in N.A.M.F. packages.

Accommodations are based on quad occupancy for students and double occupancy for adults. Single and triple rates quoted upon request.

Meals:
You may choose to have N.A.M.F. add group meals to your package, if you wish. Call N.A.M.F. for assistance.

Chaperones:
Adult chaperones are required for each group based upon a ratio of at least one adult per every 15 students. One (1) Complimentary Chaperone package (based on two-to-a-room) is offered for every 25 performing students.

Group Cancellation Policy:
More than 90 days prior to the Festival: Almost Full Refund. There will be a $50 group cancellation fee, $50 fee per extra item (if any) already booked, and any unrecoverable deposits or contractual obligations to vendors (like purchase of Broadway Show tickets, for example.) For group cancellations less than 91 days prior to the Festival, there will be additional fees. For details please consult N.A.M.F.

Payment Schedule:
The payment schedule is structured into a deposit ($35.00 per person) and two installments, 50% due about three months out (exact date based on your particular festival) and your balance, due one month before the festival. Your deposit is due 30 days after your application is accepted. You will be sent accounting forms and invoices. The final payment will be adjusted in the event of any increase or decrease in the number of trip participants.

About the Participation Packages:
Each North American Music Festival is designed to be self-supporting so that the top-quality performance sites, adjudication, lodging and meals can be offered to participants. Performing ensembles must accept one of the festival packages to be eligible for participation in the event. Groups desiring to make their own lodging and meal arrangements may do so by selecting our "Festival Only" Package. Groups located within 100 miles of a particular festival site may elect to participate by means of our special "Commuter Package." Costs and details quoted upon request.
